Solution Overview
Utility Information Systems EAI solutions provide an architecture and strategy that streamlines an organization’s intellectual assets and improves its ability to respond to a changing business environment. It achieves this by flexibly integrating multiple enterprise applications rapidly and cost-effectively.

Enterprise Application Integration is “middleware” that activates publish/subscribe methods to connect information sources, acting as interface between different applications or processes. UIS’ solutions provide a standard information bus for all enterprise wide applications and not a one-to-one link between two applications. This approach prevents utilities in ending up with “spaghetti code” that robs available budgets and inhibits business flexibility.
